Portal transfer OL Hunter Anthony knows where he will transfer and will wait until after OSU bowl game to announce

Nebraska hosted portal transfer offensive lineman Hunter Anthony before signing day last week. The current Oklahoma State Cowboy loved his trip to Lincoln and he really liked all of the people at Nebraska.

“It was awesome!” Anthony said. “I really enjoyed the first class staff they had from the analysts all the way up to coach Frost. Both sides of the ball were first class.”

When Anthony was on his official visit he was able to meet the newly added staff under Scott Frost. The two he spoke with the most were offensive coordinator Mark Whipple and offensive line coach Donovan Raiola.

“I think that it will be awesome to learn a NFL style because they both have lots of NFL experience.”

Anthony is doing things the right way and keeping the team first. He is going through the bowl practices and the game with Oklahoma State, and only then will he announce his decision.

“I have made up my mind and I plan on talking to our coaches and go public after our bowl game,” Anthony said. “So I will probably announce on January 2nd, but I don’t want to take anything away from Oklahoma State and their success.

“The coaches at the school where I am going to go agree, so I am glad they support me and I am excited to play in the bowl game. It will be an awesome time. But it will be a quick turnaround and I will be at my new home.”
