What’s on Netflix: New Shows for January 2022

Netflix is ringing in the new year with both classics and new titles for the month of January.

Timeless films coming to Netflix include 1982’s “Annie,” “Big Fish,” “Nacho Libre” and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” which will all appear on the streamer on Jan. 1.

Sequels and trilogies are also making a splash in the new year, including “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and “I Still Know What You Did Last Summer” along with “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III.”

As for new obsession-worthy shows, teenage drama “Rebelde” premieres on Jan. 5, TikTok reality series “Hype House” drops on Jan. 7 and Season 3 of “Too Hot to Handle” is available on Jan. 19.
