‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham charged with battery over nightclub brawl

“Teen Mom OG” star Farrah Abraham has been charged with battery for allegedly slapping a security guard outside a Los Angeles club back in January.

The mom of one was charged on June 2 and has an arraignment set for June 23, according to court documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday.

She is facing up to a year in prison and a $2,000 fine.

Despite the fact that Abraham’s arraignment hearing appears on the criminal case calendar of the Superior Court of California for Los Angeles County, the MTV reality star’s attorney claimed to The US Sun on Wednesday that no charges have been made against her.

“The Law Office of Dario C. Gomez, Esq., on behalf of our client, Ms. Farrah Abraham, would like to clarify that no charges to date have been brought against Ms. Abraham in connection with the incident that occurred at Grandmaster Records on January 15, 2022,” Gomez said in a statement to the outlet, which was the first to report the news. “That is because Ms. Abraham committed no crime, and is, in fact, the victim in all of this.

“Our office is currently investigating the incident further and is in the process of pursuing any and all remedies available to Ms. Abraham for the physical and emotional damages our client has suffered as a result of this unfortunate incident.”

Gomez also promised that Abraham “will receive the justice she so rightly deserves.”

However, when Page Six reached out to Gomez, he declined to comment.

On Jan. 16, the former pornstar, 31, was booked into county jail for allegedly slapping a security guard at Grandmaster Records in Hollywood.

Farrah Abraham arrested
She had allegedly been asked to leave the club when the alleged incident occurred.

According to TMZ, Abraham — who has a 13-year-old daughter named Sophia — was asked to leave the club but refused. Cops were then called after an initial citizen’s arrest was made.

“I don’t understand why there’s cuffs being put on me,” she told police in a video obtained by TMZ. “I did not hit anyone. On camera, I did not – I would never hit anyone.”

Abraham’s lawyer claims she is “a victim” in this situation and promises to get her justice.

This is not Abraham’s first time around the jail block as she had previously pleaded guilty in November 2018 to a misdemeanor charge of resisting police after she got into another fight with a security guard at the Beverly Hills Hotel in June of that year.

She was sentenced to two years’ probation and five days of community service.
