Ring it up? Boxer Jake Paul sized up Miami penthouses

On the heels of a knock-out win against former UFC champ Tyron Woodley, boxer Jake Paul visited the sales office of E11Even Hotel and Residences in Miami just before Christmas.

With his mom, Pam Stepnick, his girlfriend, Julia Rose, in tow, he and his brother, influencer Logan Paul, are considering buying two penthouse units for $20.5 million each, a source tells Gimme.

The unique “ultra-club” branded development’s co-owner Marc Roberts gave them all preconstruction virtual tours of some of the units, including a full floor three-bedroom, 3½-bath penthouse unit.

Both condos come with outdoor kitchens and 7-by-15-foot plunge books.

Studios at the residences start at $350,000.

The penthouses each cost $20.5 million.

The pugilist could enjoy myriad amenities including a day club and spa inside the Miami building.

The luxury condo complex — two 65-story towers joined by a sky bridge, 60-90 Northeast 11th St. — will offer 461 residences, from 318-square-foot studios to 993-square-foot two-bedrooms up to 2,762-square-foot penthouses.

Building amenities include a rooftop bar, lounge, and pool, along with a day club, gym and spa.
