Kourtney Kardashian “starved her fever” while battling COVID-19 for the second time.
The reality star, 43, contracted the virus again last week but has since made a “full recovery,” according to a post on her lifestyle blog, Poosh.
“She wanted to share the most helpful things she has learned this time around. From the thermometer she is ‘obsessed’ with to being vocal when feeling scared,” the post began, before highlighting “Kourt’s COVID tips.”
Kardashian’s top tips ranged from taking vitamins to staying hydrated.
“I like to starve my fever like my grandma always taught me,” she explained.
She also urged readers not to “be afraid to reach out to doctors you trust or have a relationship with” as they’re “usually happy to help.”
Elsewhere in the post, Kardashian recommended putting peppermint oil at the base of your skull to ease congestion.
“It feels so good and tingly and gives the best relief,” she shared.
As far as thermometers go, the brunette beauty said she “didn’t feel complete” without the touchless thermometer sister Kim Kardashian recommended.
“It doesn’t have to go in your ear or touch you and always seemed to be accurate for me … It felt really easy to check when you’re unable to move,” she said.
The new post comes just one day after the “Kardashians” star — who shares Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, with ex Scott Disick — revealed one of her kids’ spooky search queries.
“Things being searched on my computer,” she captioned a pic on her Instagram Story which featured “worlds [sic] scariest picture” written in the search bar.
“I know exactly which kid it is,” she added.
Kardashian, who wed Travis Barker last month, is also a stepmom to Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16. She also has a close bond with 23-year-old Atiana De La Hoya, who is the daughter of the Blink-182 rocker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.
