Michael Edwards, 31, of Glade Street, West Haven, was charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree and Threatening.

Michael Parsons, 23, of School House Road, Wallingford, was charged with two counts of Operation while Under the Influence, Evading Responsibility, Interfering with an Officer/Resisting, Reckless Driving, and Assault on a Peace Officer/Fire Marshall/EMS>

James Violano, 23, of Mix Avenue, was charged with Possession of Narcotics and Failed to Keep Drug in the Original Container.

Stanley Vitale, 44, of Bradley Avenue, Meriden, was charged with Larceny in the Sixth Degree.
