Jarrod Aaron, 29 of Pine Street, was charged with Possession of Hallucinogenic and Interfering with an Officer/Resisting.

Kenneth Blake, 61, of Gilbert Avenue, was charged with Operating under Suspension and No Insurance.

Tyrae McDuffie, 19, of Gorham Avenue, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Ann Marie Rivera, 20, of Fulton Street, New Haven, was charged with two counts of Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.
