Margaret Lugo

Margaret Lugo, 79, of Hamden, formerly of New Haven, died Sunday, July 22, 2012, at Arden House in Hamden. Margaret was born in New York City on July 26, 1932, a daughter of the late Vincent and Trinidad Torres Lugo. She had resided in New York City for most of her life, and had lived in the Hamden-New Haven area since 2004. She is survived by four daughters, Margie Rivera of New Haven, Linda (Thomas) Blackmon and Stephanie Rivera of Meriden, and Eileen Rivera of Staten Island, N.Y., three sons, William and Alfred Rivera of N.Y.C., and Johnny Rivera of New Haven, a sister, Angie Petitto of Queens, N.Y., seventeen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
