Eddie Baker, 20, of Blue Cliff Terrace, New Haven, was charged with Evading Responsibility, Operating under Suspension, and Improper Passing.

Charles Dejesus, 41, of Bradford Avenue, East Haven, was charged with two counts Larceny in the Sixth Degree.

Mark Francoeur, 55, of Cannon Street, was charged with Interfering with an Officer/Resisting.

Nicole Germain, 36, of Alps Road, Branford, was charged with Misuse of Plate, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and No Insurance.

Jeffrey Lucas, 38, of Windsor Road, North Haven, was charged with three counts of Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.
