Denise Coleman-Hunter, 49, of Woodin Street, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating under Suspension.

Miguel Diaz-Medina, 49, of Chamberlain Place, East Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Failure to Renew Registration.

Mahamad Elzoul, 36, of Mather Street, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Shakerra Jeter, 34, of Garden Street, New Haven, was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Victor Perez, 31, of Country Hills Road, was charged with Unlawful Discharge of Fire Marshall, Reckless Endangerment, and Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.
