Kevin Calvert, 27, of Brook Street, was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree and Unlawful Discharge of Fire Marshall.

Gregory Humphries, 32, of Albertson Road, was charged with Unlawful Storage Firearm Near Minor in the Second Degree, Disorderly Conduct, Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, Injury/Risk/Impairing Morals, and Threatening.

Cindy Willoughby, 57, of Dogburn Road, West Haven, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Misuse of Plate, No Insurance, and Operating without a License.
