Charles Paris, 51, of Putnam Avenue, was charged with two counts of Disorderly Conduct and two counts of Interfering with an Officer/Resisting.

Edgar Serrano, 40, of Orchard Street, Bridgeport, was charged with Misuse of Plate, No Insurance, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operating without a License.

Dominique Spearman, 27, of Watson Street, New Haven, was charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.
