Felene Dawson, 29, of Sheffield Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Speeding.

Andre Puleo, 33, of Norman Road, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Christina Salgueiro, 21, of High Top Circle, was charged with Interfering with an Officer/Resisting, Assault on a Peace Officer/Fire Marshall, EMS, Threatening, and Refuse to be Fingerprinted.
