Michael Acabbo, 23, of Mix Avenue, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Luis Andres, 19, of Farrell, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Misuse of Plate, No Insurance, and Operating without a License.

Savlador Barrera, 36, of East Pearl Street, New Haven, was charged with Failure to Obey Control Signal and Operating under Suspension.

Alfred Dileone, 79, of Beacon Street, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No Insurance.

Taquanna Douglas, 20, of May Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Operaitng an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Alicia Goldberg, 69 ,of Allene Drive, was charged with Criminal Impersonation, three counts of Forgery in the Second Degree, Possession of Narcotics, and Identity Theft in the Third Degree.

Ramisha Harris, 18, of Charles Street, New Haven, was charged with two counts of Larceny in the Sixth Degree.

Tyquazia Walton, 18, of Ann Street, New Haven, was charged with two counts of Larceny in the Sixth Degree.
