Debbie Galakpain, 23, of Pine Rock Avenue, was charged with No Insurance, Failure to Obey Stop Sign, and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Brian Mayo, 25, of Pinerock Avenue, was charged with Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.

Mark Scecina, 48, of Copper Ridge Circle, Guilford, was charged with Operation while under the Influence.
