Renee Epps, 45, of West Ivy Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No Insurance.

Reginald Henderson, 30, of Downey Drive, Manchester, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Window Tinted.

Shannon Kearney, 34, of Shepard Avenue, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, and Assault in the Third Degree.

Seema Srivastava, 54, of Thayer Street, was charged with Larceny in the Sixth Degree.
