Shannoy Flynn, 26, of Elizabeth Street, West Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Criminal Trespassing in the First Degree.

Jose Glias-Hernandez, 23, of Goffe Terrace, New Haven, was charged with Window Tinted, Misuse of Plate, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, No Insurance, and Operating without a License.

Travis Mitchell, 21, of Greenway Street, was charged with Burglary in the Third Degree and Larceny in the Third Degree.

R Subramany-Pillai, 48, of Shelton Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, No Insurance, and Operating without a License.
