Join VNA Community Healthcare to hear about the new wave of personal emergency response systems – what you can do to keep your home safe and questions you should ask before hiring help. Cholesterol and Blood Sugar Screening
The second Tuesday of each month VNA Community Healthcare (One Hamden Center, 2319 Whitney Avenue, 4th floor) holds a Cholesterol and Blood Sugar screening from 9am-Noon. The next screening is Tuesday, March 13. Appointment required. You’ll get immediate results on your levels and RN counseling. $35 for a full lipid profile plus glucose. Must be fasting.
