Dartagnan Coleman, 23, of Sherman Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree and Threatening.

Tyrese Phillips, 22, of Cottage Street, Meriden, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating under Suspension.

Markise Thomas, 22, of 16th Avenue, Newark, NJ, was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Disorderly Conduct.
