Marcelleo Bobe, 21, of Glenbrook Avenue, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, and Violation of Protective Order.

Michael Meisner, 22, of Pine Street, was charged with Operating under Suspension, No Insurance, Misuse of Plate, and Failure to Renew Registration.

Aaron Smith, 24, of Edgewood Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Obstructed Plate.
