Ash Wednesday

The Hamden Plains United Methodist Church, the Spring Glen Church, the Dunbar UCC, and the Mt. Carmel Congregational Church will all gather together on Ash Wednesday, February 22, at 7:30pm, for a Service of Ashes and Communion to be held at the Mt. Carmel Church (3284 Whitney Ave. in Hamden). All are welcome to attend this service, recognizing the beginning of the Season of Lent. Choirs from the various congregations will join together and a special offering will take place for the Hamden Fuel Bank.
