Christopher Barbuito, 41, of Westside Drive, was charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.

Shaurice Council, 18, was charged with Robbery in the Third Degree, Breach of Peace in the Second Degree, and Larceny in the Fifth Degree.

Latrice Hubbard, 24, of Hamilton Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No Insurance.

Angelina Jete, 53, of Totoket Road, North Branford, was charged with Larceny in the Sixth Degree and Larceny in the Fifth Degree.

Edgar Ortiz, 30, of Valley Road, was Charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating under Suspension.

Raquel Sein, 27, of West Side Drive, was charged with Forgery in the Third Degree and two counts of Larceny in the Sixth Degree.

Lonnie Small, 31, of Winthrop Avenue, New Haven, was charged with No Insurance and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Carmen Torres, 62, of Second Street, was charged with two counts of Larceny in the Sixth Degree, Larceny in the Fourth Degree, Illegal Use of Credit Card, and Received Goods/Services Obtained Illegally.

Lakh Williams-Moore, 35, of Orchard Street, New Haven, was charged with Risk of Injury to a Child, Breach of Peace in the Second Degree, Larceny in the Fifth Degree, Possession of Shoplifting Device, and Robbery in the Third Degree.
