Branch Library to Offer Unemployment Workshop

Brundage Community Branch Library, located at 91 Circular Ave., will offer a workshop dealing with job searching techniques and the emotional aspects of unemployment on Tuesday, January 24, at 3:30pm. This free program is presented by the Jewish Family Service of New Haven by Rabbi Hesch Sommer, Coordinator of Pastoral Care, and Rachael Scolnic Dobin, Coordinator of the Social Work Outreach Program. The workshop will cover effective interviewing and networking skills and the emotional toll of unemployment on individual identity and on the family.
