Trevon Barnes, 18, of Helen Street, was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Joseph Denegris, 45, of Saint Mary Street, was charged with Operating under Suspension.

Deidre Ryan, 33, of Peck Lane, was charged with Failure to Drive in the Proper Lane and Operation while under the Influence.
