Made from Old World Recipes with New World Flavors
Sue and Tony Civitello of Civitello & Associates, LLC, announced recently the introduction of their new line of all natural gourmet biscotti mixes. These biscotti mixes are marketed under the CivitelloBiscotti brand name in contemporary and colorful packing and are now available for sale to consumers – appealing to beginners and experienced bakers alike.
The initial launch of this tasty biscotti mix line includes 12 gourmet fruit and nut filled flavors to please anyone’s desire. Some examples include traditional orange almond anise, blueberry walnut, espresso chocolate chip hazelnut, lime coconut, and fig walnut to name a few. More flavors and gift sets are planned for later introduction.
These biscotti not only taste great, but they are made with healthy concerns in mind. “We have created an all-natural biscotti mix that uses natural and organic dried fruits and nuts, as well as 100 percent white whole wheat flour. We use NO preservatives, NO artificial additives, NO colorings, and NO high fructose corn syrup – all with great taste!” said Tony Civitello. “We package individual ingredients and provide full color photo step-by-step instructions so preparation, baking, and cleanup is very easy,” adds Civitello.
The biscotti mixes capture the recipes of Sue Civitello’s grandmother from whom she learned her baking talents over 40 years ago. Today, they are now available for all to enjoy. “I am so happy to be sharing our family baking treats with others. Many people have encouraged me to do so over the years, so it is very exciting now that we have,” said Sue Civitello.
“The development, testing, and refinement of these biscotti mixes have been in the works for a few years and we are very excited to get to this point where we can now make them available to consumers on our website at www.civitellobiscotti.com and through other sales outlets,” said Tony Civitello. Civitello further adds, “Many good people worked very hard to pull together all product and packaging design, nutritional data, taste testing, packaging, and so much more to get us to this point. We are all very excited and look forward to the future!”
