John Mallory, 51, of Tracy Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with Misuse of Plate.

James Moore, 38, of State Street, North Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Failure to Have Headlights Lit.

Julio Nelson, 30, of Martin Terrace, was charged with Forgery of Stamp/Label and Manufacture/Sale/Distribution of Drugs.

Brian Plante, 46, of Southwind Drive, Wallingford, was charged with Criminal Violation of Restraining Order.

Gilberto Portillo, 38, of Wolcott Street, New Haven, was charged with Traveling Unreasonably Fast, Operating without a License, and No Insurance.

Steven Saturno, 48, of Martin Terrace, was charged with Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Possession of Controlled Substance.

Nicholas Staton, 21, of Johnson Avenue, Hopoatcong, New Jersey, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
