Jerome Moye, 28, of Burke Street, was charged with Failure of Sex Offender to Verify Address.

Joe Suarez-Ceruamics, 46, of Kensington Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating without a License.

Chaz Yopp, 18, of George Street, was charged with Illegal Manufacture/Distribution/Sale/Prescription, Possession of Marijuana Less than Four Ounces, Carrying a Pistol without a Permit, Possession of the Drug Paraphernalia, and Operating a Drug Factory.
