Turquoise Flowers, 23, of Winchester Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Larceny in the Sixth Degree.

Nicholas Guarino, 18, of Gorham Avenue, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Threatening, and Interfering with an Officer/Resisting.

Jeffrey Manley, 45, of Brookside Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Interfering with an Officer/Resisting, Operation while under the Influence, and Window Tinted.

Rodney McCray, 48, of Wilmot Road, was charged with No Insurance, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Improper Use of Marker/Registration/License.

Daniel Medina, 31, of Lombard Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating under Suspension.

Wilson Penn, 18, of South Garfield, Hinsdale, Illinois, was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree and Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Dean Richardson, 39, of Towne House Road, was charged with Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.

Elijah White, 25, of Edgewood Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Violation of Probation.
