Ike Azotam, 20, of Columbus Avenue, Massachusetts and Mount Carmel Avenue, was charged with two counts of Breach of Peace in the Second Degree and Assault in the Third Degree.

Tommy Battle, 31, of Elm Street, New Haven, was charged with Possession of Narcotics, Illegal Manufacture/Distribution/Sale/Prescription, Interfering with an Officer/Resisting, Turn Signals, Engaging in Pursuit, and Operating under Suspension.

Ashley Brabham, 23, of Arch Street, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Dartagnan Coleman, 22, of Sherman Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.

Richard Harvey, 27, of Edgewood Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

James Johnson, 21, of 228th Street, Laurelton, New York, was charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Toria Lindsey, 23, of Hemingway Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and No Insurance.

Patrick O’Sullivan, 32, of Whitney Avenue, was charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.

Adam Rowe, 41, of Middletown Avenue, North Haven, was charged with two counts of Burglary in the Third Degree, two counts of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, two counts of Larceny in the Fourth Degree, Disobeying Officers Signal, and Reckless Driving.

Donald Sydnor, 42, of Cherry Ann Street, was charged with two counts of Burglary in the Third Degree, two counts of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, and two counts of Larceny in the Fifth Degree.

Felix Vazquez, 19, of Weybossett Street, New Haven, was charged with Larceny in the Third Degree, Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, Operating without a License, Evading Responsibility, Reckless Driving, Assault in the Second Degree, and two counts of Manufacuture/Possessoin of Burglar’s Tools.

Dejuana Wells, 29, of Cook Street, was charged with Failure to Appear in the First Degree.

Christopher Wells, 48, of Wilbert Street, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault in the Third Degree.
