Tara Bland, 32, of West Ivy Street, New Haven, was charged with No Insurance.

Matthew Clair, 28, of Mix Avenue, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Less than Four Ounces, Possession of the Drug Paraphernalia, and Simple Trespassing.

Donnie Dickerson, 24, of Cooper Place, was charged with Larceny in the Third Degree.

Kilburn Dixon, 65, of Mary Knoll Road, was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Injury/Risk/Impairing Morals.

Eliezer Luna, 29, of Orchard Street, New Haven, was charged with Operation while under the Influence and Driving Right Hand Lane.

Marylin Quinones, 30, of Read Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Failure to Inspect Private Vehicle, Operating under Suspension, and Theft of Number Plate/Insert.

Rudi Thompson, 43, of East Ferry Street, New Haven, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.

Louis Wordie, 44, of Charter Oak Avenue, East Haven, was charged with Offering Home Repair without a License.
