Curtis Johnson, 21, of Springside Avenue, New Haen, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Window Tinted.

Warren Leftridge, 25, of Blake Street, New Haven, was charged with No Insurance.

Shameen Tevin Moye, 20, of Circular Avenue, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.
