Hannah Franklin, 24, of Dixwell Avenue, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No Insurance.

Ashley Grego, 19, of Mix Avenue, was charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Matthew Sherwood, 21, of Evergreen Avenue, was charged with Evading Responsibility, Operating under Suspension, Traveling Unreasonably Fast, No Insurance, and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
