Lisa Bernardo, 23, of Dixwell Avenue, was charged with Misuse of Plate, Operating under Suspension, No Insurance, and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Trimayne Bridges, 30, of Barraclough Avenue, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating under Suspension.

Christopher Folsom, 19, of Mt. Carmel Avenue, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance or Less than Four Ounces of Marijuana, Possession of the Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Manufacture/Distribution/Sale/Prescription, and Possession of Hallucinogenic.

Sean Froelich, 18, of Eramo Terrace, was charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Bernis Knotts, 62, of Barbara Street, West Haven, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No Insurance.

Deirtra Mc Allister, 37, of Noble Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with Operating under Suspension.

Adrian Miles, 19, of Huntington Circle and Garden Street, Newburyport, MA, was charged with two counts of Hallucinogenic or Greater than Four Ounces of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance Less than Four Ounces, two counts of Illegal Manufacture/Distribution/Sale/Prescription, and two counts of Possession of the Drug Paraphernalia.

Jeremy Morton, 25, of Sherman Avenue, New Haven was charged with Failure to Wear Seat Belt, Operating under Suspension, Possession of Narcotics, and Illegal Manufacture/Distribution/Sale/Prescription.

Aaron Rudd, 22, of Filbert Street, was charged with Possession of Narcotics.

Elliot Rudd, 25, was charged with Possession of Narcotics.

Anthony Tanner, 37, of Admiral Street, New Haven, was charged with Forgery in the Second Degree and Larceny in the Fourth Degree.
