Michael Anzellotti, 21, of East Wakefield Boulevard, Winstea, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Less than Four Ounces.

Camile Brown, 23, of Division Street, New Haven, was charged with Failure to Renew Registration and Operating under Suspension.

Jose Lopez, 31, of Sylvan Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension.

Heather Proce-Little, 41, of Carmel Street, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Failure to Have Tail Lamps.
