Let the Games Begin

Budget season is just around the corner for the town.  Will taxes go up?  Will there be layoffs?  Will certain departments be privatized?  Whatever the outcome will be it sure is going to be interesting to watch.  One thing is certain.  Some people or groups are not going to be happy.  Let the games begin.
