Jarrod Aaron, 27, of Pine Street, was charged with Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.

Timothea Hanna, 19, of West Ivey Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension.

Robert Jones, 47, of East Gate Lane, was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Disorderly Conduct.

Tiffany Moore, 32, of Welton Street, was charged with Improper Use of Marker/Registration/License, No Insurance, Operating under Suspension, and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Efrain Rivera, 42, of Kimberly Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Improper Use of Marker/Registration/License and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

David Sloane, 20, was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree and Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Mark Spencer, 53, of Main Street, East Haven, was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No Insurance.
