David Doyle, 40, of Hill Avenue, Wallingford, was charged with Operating under Suspension, Improper Number of Headlights, and Failure to Carry Registration/Insurance ID Card.

Mary Flynn, 45, of Baily Road, North Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Aaron Hebron, 20, of Frederick Street, was charged with two counts of Breach of Peace in the Second Degree, two counts of Assault in the Third Degree, five counts of Interfering with an Officer/Resisting, five counts of False Statement in the Second Degree, and five counts of a False Incident Report in the Second Degree.

Joshua Heltke, 26, of Savin Avenue, West Haven, was charged with Evading Responsibility and Failure to Drive Right.

Jermaine Jenkins, 19, of Vine Street, Hartford, was charged with Failure to Respond/Infraction and Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.

Brandon Jennings, 19, of Merrimac Street, was charged with Operating under the Influence, Operating under Suspension, and Failure to Drive in the Proper Lane.

Oshin Jimenez, 19, of Turnor Avenue, was charged with Improper use of Marker/Registration/License, Operating under Suspension, No Insurance, and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Anthony Wilson, 18, of Acton Street, Hartford, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Less than Four Ounces/MRHNA and Illegal Manufacture/Distribution/Sale/Prescription.
