Tara Bland, 34, of West Ivy Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension, No Insurance, and Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

James Francis, 36, of Jinny Hill Road, Cheshire, was charged with No Insurance.

Edmund Jackson, 54, of Pendelton Street, was charged with two counts of Larceny in the Sixth Degree.

Michael Laclair, 47, of Pequot Street, East Haven, was charged with Offering Home Repair without a License.

Gavin Velez, 40, of Richards Drive, was charged with Failure to Appear in the First Degree and three counts of Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.
