John Battista, 24, of Driscoll Road, Branford, was charged with Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No Insurance.

Marylin Chimpitaz, 47, of Leo Road, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Luis Chimpitaz, 49, of Leo Road, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Maurizio Genovesi, 19, of Birch Lane, East Haven, was charged with Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Operation while under the Influence.

Kenneth Lewis, 50, of Diamond Street, New Haven, was charged with Misuse of Plate, No Insurance, Operating under Suspension, and Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Sasha Sergutin, 24, of Sherman Avenue, was charged with Misuse of Plate, Operating Unregisted Motor Vehicle, and Operation without Carrying a License.
