Carl Bellamy, 31, of Putnam Avenue, was charged with Operation While under the Influence and Failure to Drive in the Proper Lane.

Daniel Brodoff, 23, of Mix Avenue, was charged with Operating under Suspension, Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle, No Insurance, and Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

Robert Cush, 24, of Morningview Court, was charged with Possession of Hallucinogenic or Greater than Four Ounces of Marijuana and Sale of Controlled Substance.

David Dimauro, 21, of Park Road, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Less than Four Ounces and Traveling Unreasonably Fast.

Dorothy Dove, 61, of Liberty Street, New Haven, was charged with Larceny in the Third Degree.

Jedwin Perez, 27, of Perkins Street, New Haven, was charged with Misuse of Plate, No Insurance, Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operating without a License.
