Luis Aspejo, 18, of School Street, was charged with Misuse of Plate.

John Bellonio, 43, of Colony Street, was charged with Possession of Narcotics and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Mercedes Clark, 23, of Chapel Street, New Haven, was charged with Violation of Probation.

Elisa DeJesus, 35, of Barr Road, Meriden, was charged with two counts of Larceny in the Sixth Degree.

Hector Marquez, 26, of English Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating under Suspension.

Katherine McMahon, 28, of Cook Avenue, Meriden, was charged with two counts Larceny in the Sixth Degree.

Charles Petrick, 18, of Longview Drive, Henniker, NH, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Less than Four Ounces and Possession of the Drug Paraphernalia.

Carlton Reddick, 56, of Mill Rock Road, was charged with Misuse of Plate, No Insurance, Failure to Display Plate/Sticker, Operating without a License, and Failure to Register Vehicle.

Lenwood Saunders, 41, of Hudson Street, New Haven, was charged with Larceny in the Third Degree.

Samuel Scoba, 18, of Mount Carmel Avenue, and Lincoln Street, Franklin, MA, was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree and Criminal Trespassing in the Third Degree.

Melissa Trotter, 25, of Talbot Lane, Greenwich, was charged with two counts of Larceny in the Fourth Degree, two counts of Identity Theft in the Third Degree, two counts of Credit Card Theft by Transferring, and Two counts of Illegal Use of Credit Card Less than $500.

John Zewinski, 20, of Harding Street, Wethersfield, was charged with Illegal Manufacture/Distribution/Sale/Prescription, Possession of the Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Hallucinogenic or Greater than Four Ounces of Marijuana.
