Michele Davis, 33, of Wooden Street, was charged with Operating under Suspension, No Insurance, and Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Israel Lopez, 45, of State Street, was charged with Interfering with an Officer/Resisting and Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Brian Smith, 18, of Newhall Street, was charged with Larceny in the Sixth Degree.
