Jones Colon, 19, of Greenwich Avenue, New Haven, was charged with Misuse of Plate, Failure to Investigate Private Vehicle, Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operating without a License.

Jose Cordero, 53, of Fairmont Street, New Haven, was charged with Misuse of Plate, Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle, No Insurance, and Operating without a License.

Darien Graham, 22, of Main Street, West Haven, was charged with Failure to Wear Seat Belt and Operating under Suspension.

Maverick Jacobs, 43, of Dixwell Avenue, New Haven, was charged with No Insurance and Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Kristal James, 26, of High View Terrace, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Michael Zurlis, 28, of Carriage Drive, North Haven, was charged with Larceny in the Sixth Degree.
