Alfred Arnold, 66, of Curtis Drive, New Haven, was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, Threatening, and Breach of Peace in the Second Degree.

Stryson Jermaine Joe, 32, of Gorham Avenue, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault in the Third Degree.

Dan Lebov, 28, of Gaylord Mountain Road, was charged with Operation while under the Influence and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane

Kenneth Phillips, 20, of Pine Rock Avenue, was charged with Misuse of Plate, No Insurance, Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operating without a License.

Modesto Sampedro-Diaz, 33, of Frank Street, New Haven, was charged with Operating without a License, Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Misuse of Plate, and No Insurance.
